Trading Your Own System - The Importance Of Self In Self-Employed

Wessel Deroode is a self-employed trader, who is based in the Netherlands and will be coming to London especially to present to us this evening.

Wessel has travelling the rocky road from beginner to professional trader and is very generous with the knowledge that he has gained along the way. Those of you who belong to the TIC Buddy Group will be familiar with the excellent research that Wessel shares in his weekly updates.

This evening, Wessel will be providing us with the tools necessary to take our trading up to the next level. 

Here are just a few of the topics that he will be addressing:

  • The different modes of thinking that separate employees, the self-employed and the professional trader
  • How to treat your trading as a business by creating a proper trading business plan.....and sticking to it
  • Introduction to the NinjaTrader trading platform; what it can do for you, how you can get it for free....and where to get free datafeeds too
  • Some trading ideas from Wessel's own armory that you can use as the foundation for YOUR OWN trading strategy
  • How to use NinjaTrader to backtest your ideas in order to give you the confidence to put your own capital on the line
  • The personal skills that are required in order to become a professional trader; training, practice and money management

Wessel will also be offering you the opportunity to obtain some customised indicators that he has created for NinjaTrader in order to give your strategy a jump start.

If you don't quite know where you are going with your trading, this may be the best sixty minutes that you will ever invest.

Note: We will be uploading Wessel's video presentation at a future date.  Also, the code for the indicators will be available on the website shortly. If you require a set in advance of publication, please drop me an email and I will send them to you.
